Monin Raspberry Syrup 70 cl

Instantly recognisable as a popular childhood sweet flavour, most raspberries have a bright pink red colouring. French legend has it that raspberries were originally white, but that one day while the nymph Ida was looking after the infant Zeus and attempting to soothe his crying by showing him some raspberries, she pricked her finger and her blood dyed the fruit red.

A perennial summer flavour, raspberries are traditionally plentiful in midsummer and are used to make mouth-watering desserts such as cheesecake, ice cream, sorbet, trifle and fool.

Conjure exquisite summer dessert cocktails, smoothies, refreshing teas and ice cold milkshakes with the sweet candy raspberry taste of MONIN Raspberry syrup.
