Anejo Highball

Highball cocktails are a simple kind of cocktail consisting of a spirit and a carbonate served in a tall, ice-filled glass. Best description: short drinks served tall. If you haven't tried this one yet: Enjoy the Anejo Higball created by Dale DeGroff at The Rainbow Room in New York in the 1990s.

Ingredients

• 40ml Paranubes Anejo

• 10ml Merlet Trois Citrus

• 10ml Limejuice

• 2 dash Bogart's bitters

• Three Cents Ginger Beer

Steps

Build the cocktail with the ingredients and ice in a highball glass, here served in a Modern America Hi-ball. Add bitter and a lime wedge. Done!
