When Erwan Le Bonniec, our colleague from Barkonsult Denmark, stops by the Stockholm showroom, there’s a good chance something delicious will end up in the glass. This time was no exception.

On a recent visit, Erwan made a non-alcoholic serve built around two standout products: Adriatico Amaretto Zero and Three Cents Fig Leaf Soda. The result? A fresh take on a zero-proof coffee drink that’s smooth, layered, and full of character.
