Inspired by summer days in the park, this cocktail is super refreshing! The Monin Cucumber syrup and its delicate flavour will definitely become a repeat favourite.

Ingredients

• 20ml Monin Cucumber syrup

• 60ml Mancino Vermouth Secco

• 80ml Three Cents Tonic

• 15ml fresh lime juice

• Glass: Speakeasy Gin & Tonic 580ml

• Garnish: Cucumber and mint

Step 1

Build listed ingredients over ice.

Step 2

Lace with Mûre.

Step 3

Garnish.
