Some drinks don’t need much to make an impression. Labdanum & Soda is a two-ingredient serve that brings something unexpected to the glass – clean, aromatic, and full of character.
A simple serve with lots of flavour
The base is Paragon Labdanum Cordial, a non-alcoholic flavour extract built around a single botanical. Labdanum, often used in perfumery, brings warm, resinous notes along with soft spice, herbs and a hint of citrus. Add soda water, and it opens up into a highball that feels both modern and timeless.
Zero alcohol, and big on flavour – ideal as an aperitif, a menu-friendly non-alc option, or a standout pour in a tasting line-up. Simple. Straightforward. Anything but ordinary.

• 15ml Paragon Labdanum cordial
• 120ml Three Cents Soda water
How to
Pour all ingredients into a highball glass with ice, stir slowly. Garnish and serve!
