Passionfruit Daiquiri

Daiquiri is a classic drink few people haven't heard of. However, an easy way to be creative with the drink and give it a new variation is to change the sugar syrup to other flavoured syrups. Monin is perfect for this, and here is one example where we've used Monin Passionfruit syrup to make it, you guessed it - A Passionfruit Daiquiri!

Ingredients

• 50 ml Tiki Lovers White Rum

• 30 ml Lime juice

• 20 ml MONIN Passion Fruit Syrup

• Glass: Rona The Swinger 180 ml

• Garnish: Botanica Lime wheel

Step 1

Add the ingredients listed in a shaker.

Step 2

Add ice and shake.

Step 3

Strain over ice into a chilled cocktail glass.

Step 4

Garnish.
