Smokey Almond

Italy meets Mexico, in a fresh, subtle, and smokey cocktail. The crushed "Filippo Cea" Almonds, and subtle vanilla flavour work perfectly with the smokey Mezcal.

Ingredients

• 50ml Adriatico Bianco Crushed Almonds

• 50ml Mezcal Bruxo X

• 25ml lime juice

• 15ml Monin Agave syrup

How to

Shake the ingredients, strain, and pour over ice in a whiskey glass. Garnish with fresh sage.
