Founded and based in Santa Fe, New Mexico, Bitter End Bitters has been on the cutting edge of cocktail flavorings since 2010. Designed to put a radical spin on traditional bitters, our concentrated elixirs are based on culinary flavors from around the globe that are known for tongue-tingling chile-based heat. With their distinctive aromas and intense, complex flavor profiles, Chesapeake Bay, Curry, Jamaican Jerk, Memphis Barbeque, Mexican Mole, Moroccan, Thai, and all-new Togarashi will help you create a world of adventurous new cocktails.

Every batch of Bitter End Bitters is mixed, infused, and dispensed by hand in small batches using a closely guarded proprietary formula. We use only all-natural ingredients—fresh and dried herbs, spices, fruits, chiles, and other aromatic botanicals from premium purveyors. We never use extracts, preservatives, or artificial flavorings.
