Amérisse is a bitter and fruity liqueur. Its rich nose is dominated by blackcurrant and red fruits with some candied citrus notes. The palate is ample. The blackcurrant is the main player, with its natural astringency and acidity providing the perfect counterpoint to the sweetness of the liqueur.
