BarSol Acholado is a Peruvian pisco bottled at 41.3% ABV, offering a balanced profile of ripe fruit, floral notes and gentle spice.
On the nose, it shows ripe vine fruit, orchard fruit, floral and citrus notes, complemented by a subtle pastry character. The palate amplifies the fruit-led aromas, adding hints of caramel, spice and pecan.
The finish is soft, delicate and long, giving this pisco a rounded, approachable character suited to classic pisco cocktails or measured tasting neat.
