The Birdy Strainer is a compact, versatile tool designed for seamless use in any bar setup. Lightweight and ergonomic, it fits perfectly on the Birdy Mixing Tin and works smoothly with a wide range of mixing glasses and tins. The matte finish resists fingerprints and is easy to clean – ideal for high-paced, professional environments.

With its concave, slotted design, the strainer goes beyond its core function: it can also be used to separate egg whites, serve as an absinthe spoon, or replace a julep strainer when rolling cocktails. True to Birdy's design philosophy, it strips away the unnecessary to focus on clean, functional performance.

Crafted in Japan and developed in collaboration with Erik Lorincz, former head bartender at The Savoy’s American Bar, the Birdy Strainer reflects a deep understanding of how tools should feel, work, and support great service behind the bar.
