A blended clairin from four origins

Clairin Communal is a blended clairin from Haiti, bringing together distillates from four different municipalities: Cavaillon, Baradères, Pignon and Saint-Michel-de-l’Attalaye.

The blend is made from clairins produced using organic sugarcane, cultivated without pesticides, fermented with natural yeasts and distilled in small pot stills. It reflects traditional production methods and the local character of each origin.

This bottling is the first blend to combine clairins from multiple producers, making it a notable expression within the category. The label features four suns, symbolising the four villages behind the blend and referencing Haiti’s national motto, “L’union fait la force” – strength through unity.
