El Dorado Rum Single Still 2009 Enmore 40% 70cl

#303121

Aged in oak for 12 years

El Dorado Enmore Single Still is a distinctive rum produced from the historic EHP Wooden Continuous Coffey Still, first built at the Enmore Estate in 1880. Named after Edward Henry Porter, the original owner of the Enmore Sugar Plantation, this still is based on the design by Irishman Aeneas Coffey. After the Enmore Estate's closure in 2000, the still was relocated to Diamond Estate, where it continues to operate as the last surviving wooden still in the world.

This exceptional rum is aged for 12 years in oak barrels, allowing it to develop a rich and layered profile. The unique distillation process using the wooden still adds a depth of character that sets El Dorado Enmore Single Still apart.

A refined, complex flavour

With its rich history and unique production process, this rum delivers a sophisticated flavour experience. El Dorado Enmore offers an excellent balance of fruit, spice, and smokiness, perfect for those who appreciate a smooth, well-aged rum.
