Pandan is a plant native to South East Asia, known for its fragrant leaves and distinctive flavour, often associated with vanilla, almond and fresh green notes.

KOTA Pandan Liqueur is created in collaboration between bartender Nico de Soto and the historic French producer Maison Gabriel Boudier, founded in Dijon in 1874. Produced in France, it captures pandan’s aromatic character in a balanced liqueur suited to contemporary cocktails.

The profile is soft and expressive, with notes reminiscent of vanilla, sweet pastry and light nuttiness. A distinctive ingredient for modern mixology, combining Asian flavour heritage with French liqueur craftsmanship.
