Laird’s 10th Generation Apple Brandy is a special release that celebrates over two centuries of distilling tradition. Introduced in honour of the tenth generation of the Laird family, this spirit is made using 100% American apples and reflects the long-standing heritage of the family’s craft, dating back to 1780.

It is aged for five years in oak barrels and bottled in bond at 50% ABV (100 proof), following the standards set for bonded spirits in the United States.

Full flavour with balance and structure

The blend of apple varieties – including Macintosh, Delicious, Granny Smith and Golden Delicious – contributes to a robust yet smooth flavour profile. Notes of ripe apple are supported by oak, caramel and mild spice, resulting in a well-structured and versatile spirit.
