Aged 100% apple brandy with depth

First released in 1964 to mark the 300th anniversary of New Jersey, Laird’s Old Apple Brandy is a carefully aged spirit made from 100% apple brandy. It is matured for 7½ years in charred oak barrels, allowing time to develop a rich and refined flavour profile.

Following ageing, selected barrels are chosen through a tasting process to ensure the desired quality and character before the spirit is bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV).

Well-developed character and balance

The brandy presents aromas of baked apple and cedar, with flavours of apple, pear and subtle wood notes on the palate. Its depth and smooth texture make it well-suited for sipping neat, traditionally served in a brandy snifter, or as an ingredient in classic cocktails.
