GinGin Mule

A modern twist on the classic Mule, the GinGin Mule swaps out ginger beer for ginger ale to create a cocktail that’s a little softer and lighter, but still full of flavour. Ginger ale brings gentle sweetness and bright bubbles, which pair beautifully with gin’s botanicals and a touch of mint syrup.

Refreshing, balanced and full of flavour

While traditional Mules are typically made with ginger beer, known for its spicier kick, ginger ale offers a more balanced approach, making this version refreshing without being overpowering. Both work well, but this recipe leans towards a smoother profile.

Simple to make and versatile enough to enjoy year-round, the GinGin Mule is a drink that delivers freshness in every sip.
