Mango Green Tea Pisco Sour

Pisco is the national spirit of both Peru and Chile, and the Pisco Sour is the iconic cocktail of both countries. While traditionally blended, many bartenders prefer to make it shaken.

Pisco mixes well with almost any flavour, but especially with tropical fruit. So why not spice it up and make a twist? The sweetness of the mango marries perfectly with the taste of green tea.

Sweet and sour, this just might be your new favourite take on the classic drink.

Ingredients

• 20ml Monin Green Tea Concentrate

• 15ml Le Fruit de Monin Mango

• 45ml Pisco

• 15ml fresh lime juice

• 20ml egg white

• Glass: Rona Cocktail

Steps

Shake all the ingredients with ice. Strain into a chilled coupette and garnish the foam with aromatic bitters.
