Pre-batch Hibiscus Cosmopolitan

Ingredients (prebatch 1 liter = 12 cocktails)

• 10cl lime concentrate

• 20cl Le Sirop de Monin Triple Sec Curacao

• 20cl Le Sirop de Monin Hibiscus

• 50cl vodka

• Garnish: dried hibiscus flower or red berries

Recipe for one glass:

Pour 8cl of Cosmopolitan pre-batch and 3cl cranberry juice in a shaker. Shake, and pour into a cocktail glass. Garnish and serve!
