Just in time for Paloma Day, this vibrant take on the classic cocktail brings a touch of Nordic flair to a Mexican favourite. The Rhubarb Paloma combines crisp Tequila Ocho Blanco with the gentle tang of Monin Rhubarb syrup and Three Cents Pink Grapefruit Soda for brightness and lift.
A hibiscus salt rim adds an extra layer of flavour to this refreshing, slightly tart highball.


Ingredients
• 50ml Tequila Ocho Blanco
• 10ml Lime juice
• 10ml Monin Rhubarb Syrup
• 100ml Three Cents Pink Grapefruit Soda
• Hibiscus Salt
• Salt rim
How to
Build in a highball glass with plenty of ice. Rim the glass with hibiscus salt before pouring. Stir gently and serve with a grapefruit wedge or rhubarb ribbon, if desired.
