Strawberry Colada
This is summer in a glass – vibrant, juicy, and just a little unexpected. The Strawberry Colada brings together El Dorado 3 Year Old Rum, lime and strawberry for a bright, fruit-forward profile with depth and structure. A layer of coconut foam adds a smooth finish and a tropical touch, without tipping the balance.
It’s fresh, flavourful, and made to be enjoyed slowly as the sun dips low.
Ingredients
• 50ml El Dorado 3 YO Rum
• 15ml Monin Strawberry syrup
• 30ml lime juice
• Coconut foam
How to
Shake the rum, lime and syrup with ice. Strain into a glass and top with coconut foam. Garnish with a fresh strawberry or a lime twist, if you like.
