BarSol Quebranta is a Peruvian pisco bottled at 41.3% ABV, made from the less aromatic Quebranta grape. It offers a round, elegant profile with ripe fruit, delicate citrus and layered savoury notes.

The nose brings pear, red apple and fresh-cut grass, complemented by dried fruit, pastry, fresh cream, cacao and light citrus. On the palate, ripe pear, red apple and red grape are joined by citrus notes, roasted almond, walnut, pecan, dark chocolate, cereal, dried apricot and ripe dark berry fruit.

The finish is round, elegant and long, making this a balanced pisco suited to classic cocktails or careful tasting neat.
