Birdy Bar Spoon 400 mm

Balanced, and built for precision

Crafted in Japan from seamless 18-8 stainless steel, this bar spoon features Birdy’s patented, rounded stem – a unique detail that reduces friction and finger strain during repeated use.

At the tail end, a flat, built-in strainer adds convenience, perfect for draining water from chilled glassware or giving a quick stir to G&Ts and highballs. Precision-polished using Birdy’s advanced automotive finishing techniques, the surface is smooth yet subtly textured to support efficient, fluid movement.

Developed in collaboration with Erik Lorincz, this spoon reflects Birdy’s commitment to tools that combine clean design with everyday function.
