Bitters based on dried peppermint leaves

Bob’s Peppermint Bitters is made from dried peppermint leaves sourced from Poland and Bulgaria. The flavour is characterised by a bright peppermint aroma, with a distinctive menthol note, subtle citrus elements, and a slightly bitter, woody finish.

Originally developed for use in the cocktail Pomme Allure, which won the Calvados World Cup in 2009, this bitters has since been used in a variety of mixed drinks and warm serves.
