Originally constructed in 1732 on the Port Mourant Estate, this iconic still has travelled through history and is now housed at the Diamond Estate, producing small batches of this distinctive rum.


This rum is a true piece of rum history, distilled using the legendary Double Wooden Pot Still, which imparts an unmistakable depth and character to the spirit. Aged for 12 years in oak barrels, El Dorado Port Mourant captures the rich flavours developed over time.
