Paranubes Añejo is a pure cane juice rum produced by third-generation producer Jose Luis Carrera in the remote Sierra Mazateca region of Northern Oaxaca. Utilizing rich ParanubesBlanco as a base, Añejo is then rested in new American Oak barrels after aging on-site for 18 months in the tropical climate of Rio Tuerto, Oaxaca.

Bottled at 53.8%, this rum maintains the earthy sweetness and salinity of Paranubes Blanco and is accented by the rich vanilla, cacao, and tobacco notes from the new oak.
