A non-alcoholic cocktail bitters made to intensify, not just flavour. A few dashes of seasn DARK are designed to deepen the flavour of dark drinks — colas, ginger ale, dark spirits, Manhattans, and Old Fashioneds — the same way traditional bitters do, without the alcohol.
The flavour is built around complex top notes of kola nut, smoked cherrywood, star anise, and cinnamon, resting on an umami backbone of king of bitters, black pepper, and mushroom, with a hint of cocoa underneath.
