A non-alcoholic cocktail bitters made to brighten, not just flavour. A few dashes of seasn LIGHT are designed to lift lighter drinks — sodas, tonics, Seedlip-style drinks, Martinis, and Margaritas — the way a good bitters should, without the alcohol.
The flavour is built around fresh-cut grass, lime, and grapefruit peel up top, with a clean bitterness from king of bitters and a savoury edge from kombu and sea salt underneath.
