Caipirinha Jabuticaba
Pronounced "Kai-Pur-Een-Ya", this popular Brazilian cocktail is made by muddling limes with sugar and then adding cachaça and ice. We made a twist on the classic with our latest newcomer from MONIN: the Jabuticaba purée.
Jabuticaba offers an incredible aromatic complexity – it's a bit similar to grapes, with delicious woody notes and sweetness.
Ingredients
• 30ml Le Fruit de MONIN Jabuticaba
• 60ml Novo Fogo Silver Cachaça
• 1/2 lime in dices
• Glass: Flashback DOF
How to:
Muddle lime and Le Fruit de MONIN Jabuticaba into a rocks glass. Fill up with ice and add cachaça. Stir well. Add more crushed ice. Garnish with a lime wedge and serve!
