Pumpkin Pisco Sour
Add a fall twist to your Pisco Sour with Pumpkin Spice syrup from Monin. The rich, aromatic pallet of pumpkin spice works just as well in cocktails as it does in a latte.


Ingredients
• 50ml Waqar Pisco
• 20ml Monin Pumpkin Spice syrup
• 30ml lemon juice
• 1 egg white
• 3 dash bitters
• Glass: Speakeasy Fizz
Steps
Add Pisco, lemon juice, syrup, and egg white into a shaker and dry-shake (without ice) vigorously. Add ice and shake again until cold. Strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with 3 to 5 drops of Angostura bitters. Using a straw, swirl the bitters into a simple design.
