Negroni Highball

A summer riff of the Negroni, lengthen with Pink Grapefruit Soda.⁠

Ingredients

• 20ml Bluecoat Gin

• 20ml Mancino Vermouth Rosso

• 20ml Rinomato Bitter⁠

• Top up with Three Cents Pink Grape Soda⁠

• Garnish: Orange

• Glass: Onis Cheers Highball

How to:

Add the ingredients (except the soda) listed to a mixing glass, add ice and stir. Strain into a highball glass and top up with soda. Give a quick stir to mix and garnish!
