Queen's Park Swizzle

This classic cocktail gets a holiday makeover with the rich depth of El Dorado 12 Year Old Rum, paired with the zesty warmth of ginger and finished with a touch of festive spices from aromatic bitters. It’s a delightful combination that’s sure to impress guests or make your own holiday evening extra special.

Ingredients

• 50ml El Dorado 12 Year Old Rum

• 20ml Monin Rantcho Lime

• 20ml Monin Sugar Cane Syrup

• 10ml Monin Ginger Concentrate

• 5-6 dashes of Aromatic Bitters (to float)

How to

Lightly muddle a few fresh mint leaves in a highball glass. Add all ingredients except the bitters to the glass. Fill the glass halfway with crushed ice and stir well to combine. Top up with more crushed ice and float the aromatic bitters on top. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
