Bob’s Tonka Bitters are made using tonka bean, the seed of the Dipteryx odorata tree native to South America. The flavour is characterised by aromatic notes of toasted almond, vanilla and cinnamon, with underlying hints of allspice, black cherry, and tobacco leaf. A light bitterness rounds out the profile, followed by subtle citrus in the finish.

These bitters are clear, golden amber in appearance and are intended to be used in small quantities to add depth and complexity in mixed drinks.
