Laird’s Straight Applejack 86 is a traditional apple brandy distilled to 86 proof, following a recipe used by the Laird family before and after Prohibition in the United States. It’s made from fresh, tree-ripened apples – with around 17 pounds of fruit used for each bottle.

This spirit is aged to develop a warm, rounded flavour profile, with subtle notes of baked apple, caramel and oak. It can be enjoyed neat or over ice, and also works well as a substitute for whiskey in classic cocktails.
