Primarily developed to make the famous Pina Colada cocktail, MONIN Pineapple syrup delivers the pure, sweet fruit taste of pineapple, which is thought to originate from South America.
The fruit got its name because of its resemblance to a pine cone, the spiky skin protects aromatic, juicy, sweet-sour golden flesh which is eaten fresh, cooked, juiced or preserved. It is used in a wide array of cuisines, notably in salsas, Asian sweet and sour sauces and as a pizza topping, as well as in yogurt, jam, sweets and ice cream.
MONIN Pineapple’s pure pineapple flavour will give a tropical accent to smoothies, cocktails, fruit punches and sodas.
