Rye whiskey aged with applewood staves

Widow Jane Applewood is made from the same rye base as Paradigm, but takes the flavour in a slightly different direction. By adding fresh-cut applewood staves during ageing, alongside traditional oak, the whiskey develops a softer, more fruit-led character.

The result is a rye with gentle smoke and subtle sweetness, offering a smooth variation within the Widow Jane range. Bottled at 46.5% vol (93 proof).
