Christmas Sangria
Monin Winter Spice syrup is the ultimate blend of spices to enhance your winter drinks. This flavour combination of ginger, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and a little chili will bring a subtle, warm, and cosy feeling to all your creations!
Combined with yuzu it makes the perfect winter serve: Christmas Sangria.
Ingredients
• 180ml Monin Yuzu purée
• 180ml Monin Winter Spice syrup
• 1L red wine
• 360ml white rum
• 360m cranberry juice
Steps
Pour all the ingredients into a pitcher with ice, and stir. Garnish with orange slices, star anise, and cinnamon sticks.
