Paired with GinGin Dry Gin, known for its crisp, clean taste and hints of juniper and citrus, the combination is both sophisticated and refreshing. Fresh lemon juice adds a bright, zesty tartness, while Monin Cane Sugar Syrup ensures a smooth, well-rounded flavor.
Ingredients
• 25ml Episk Hjortron
• 25ml GinGin Dry gin
• 30ml lemon juice
• 15ml Monin Cane sugar syrup
• Glass: Toyo-Sasaki Usurai cut rocks 305 ml
How to
Shake all the ingredients with ice and strain into a glass with a large ice cube. Garnish with a lemon wedge, and enjoy!
