Mai Tai
A Mai Tai is basically a Daiquiri, but with a few added bells and whistles. Originated in Oakland back in 1944, it's been crowned the king of Tiki-cocktails. In this version we use Rum Fire instead of the classic J. Wray & Nephew.


Ingredients
• 30ml Tiki lover
• 10ml Rum Fire
• 15ml Merlet Trois citrus
• 10ml Monin Orgeat
• 25ml Lime juice
• 7,5ml Sugar syrup
How to:
Shake the ingredients with ice and garnish with lime and mint. Here served in a Toyo-Sasaki Usurai Tumbler 370ml
