Mai Tai
A Mai Tai is basically a Daiquiri, but with a few added bells and whistles. Originated in Oakland back in 1944, it's been crowned the king of Tiki-cocktails.


Ingredients
• 40ml El Dorado 8 years
• 10ml Merlet Trois citrus
• 10ml Monin Orgeat
• 10ml Monin Cane Sugar syrup
• 30ml lime juice
How to:
Shake the ingredients with ice and garnish with lime and mint. Here served in a Toyo-Sasaki Usurai Tumbler 370ml
