Pink Chihuahua
Created in 2010 by Dick Bradsell at The Pink Chihuahua at El Camion in London. Pink, fluffy, and delicious. A must-try for cocktail enthusiasts!


Ingredients
• 50ml Tequila Ocho
• 15ml lime juice
• 15ml lemon juice
• 10ml Monin Pomegranate or Grenadine syrup
• 10ml Monin Orgeat syrup
• Egg white
• Glass: Bespoke Nick & Nora
Steps
Combine all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake. Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass and serve!
