Spritea

Spritea brings together soft elderflower, a splash of prosecco, and a hint of Rue Berry – a unique botanical with slightly herbal, berry-like notes. Topped with sparkling water, it’s crisp, floral and refreshingly light.

Ingredients

• 10ml Paragon Rue Berry Cordial

• 20ml Monin Elderflower syrup

• 120ml Prosecco

• Top with sparkling water

Build the ingredients in a wine glass with ice, and top up with sparkling water. Stir gently, and garnish with hibiscus leaves.
