Whiskey Sour
The classic Whiskey Sour became incredibly popular during the Prohibition era, and the popularity has lasted until today. Smooth, with a hint of citrus sourness and an invigorating blast of whiskey.


Ingredients
• 15ml Monin Cane Sugar syrup
• 60ml FEW Bourbon
• 20ml lemon juice
• 1 egg white
• Dash of Aromatic Bitters
• Glass: Modern Ameria DOF
How to
Shake all the ingredients with ice and strain back into the shaker. Dry shake (without ice) and fine strain into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with drops of aromatic bitter.
