Dirty Martinez
The Martinez is a classic cocktail dating back to the late 19th century. An incredible well-balanced cocktail that is seen as the drink that morphed into the Martini, and then the Dry Martini. Almost every bartender has a slightly different Martinez formula, for this one we used the Rue Berry cordial with notes of Passion, Jasmine and Hay.
Ingredients
• 10ml Paragon Rue Berry
• 15ml Mancino Vermouth Rosso
• 45ml Gin
• 5ml Rum Fire
• 5ml Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
• 2 dashes Bitter Truth Orange Bitters
Steps
Stir all the ingredients and pour into a coupette glass. Garnish with a Nocellara Olive.
