Winter Mimosa

Today is the last official day of the Christmas season. Why not make a celebration of it with a brunch, perfectly paired with this Winter Mimosa.

With rich and warming notes of cinnamon, ginger and clove paired with the sweet and juicy taste of tangerine, this is a great cocktail to warm up a dark January weekend.

Ingredients

• 20ml Monin Le Fruit Tangerine

• 5ml Monin Winter Spice Syrup (optional)

• Top with Champagne

• Glass: Libbey Speakeasy Champagne 170ml

Steps

Build all the ingredients into a chilled flute. Stir lightly to combine the purée and champagne.
