Looking for a non-alcoholic cocktail to make this weekend? This might just be your new favourite. Fruity and tangy with a smooth texture thanks to the aquafaba.

Ingredients

• 20ml Le Fruit de Monin Jabuticaba

• 20ml Le Concentré de Monin Rooibos

• 80ml Pink Grapefruit juice

• 30ml aquafaba

How to

Shake all ingredients together and strain into the glass. Decorate the glass with a rim om blackcurrant powder and an edible flower.
