About BarSol

BarSol is a leading Peruvian pisco brand from Ica, recognised for helping revive the pisco category internationally over 20 years ago. Crafted in small batches and estate bottled at Bodega San Isidro, a century-old distillery, BarSol follows traditional Peruvian pot distillation methods dating back to the 1500s.

Made from fresh pisco grapes grown in the Southern Valley of Ica, each expression is distilled to bottle proof from fermented grape wine. No water or other ingredients are added, preserving the purity, clarity and smoothness of the spirit. BarSol specialises in aromatic Italia, Torontel and Moscatel piscos, alongside the less aromatic Quebranta grape. The range offers an authentic introduction to Peruvian pisco, shaped by its grape varieties, origin and long distilling tradition.
