Cherry Sling
A Barkonsult twist on a classic cocktail: the Sidecar. In this version we turned it into a sling, made with cognac, triple sec orange liqueur and lemon juice, topped of with cherry soda and garnished with Maraschino cherries.
Ingredients
• 40ml Merlet Cognac
• 10ml Merlet Trois Citrus
• 10ml lemon juice
• Three Cents Cherry Soda
• Garnish: Maraschino cherries.
Steps
Combine the ingredients in a highball glass (here served in Levitas Hi-ball). Garnish with Maraschino cherries.
