Sir Collins

Most commonly made with gin, the Collins might be one of the cocktails with the most twists compared to any other. Here's a version made with Mandarin and Bergamot soda, unleashing the citrus notes of the Mediterranean!

Ingredients

• 40ml Bluecoat Dry Gin

• 10ml Yellow Chartreuse

• 100ml Three Cents Mandarin & Bergamot Soda

• Glass: Chicago Tall Hi-Ball

How to

Add Dry Gin and Yellow Chartreuse in a tall glass over cubed ice and gently top with Three Cents Mandarin & Bergamot Soda. Garnish with a coriander spring.

Variation

If you want to make the drink with a Mexican twist, muddle the coriander in the glass and add tequila instead of gin!
